Description

The image is of a two-engine cargo plane, number N67931, parked on the ground. On the nose is painted an image of a winged bull in flight with partially legible words under it identifying the name of the plane as the "Flying Bull". On the side of the plane neat the tail are the words "Palmer Cold Storage" "Palmer, Alaska". The plane was used during the 1950's to haul beef carcasses from Chirikof Island near Kodiak to Palmer Cold Storage for processing.
