Description

This view shows a pickup truck facing away on a single lane mountain road recently cleared through deep snow. Undisturbed snow level beside the truck looks to be about five feet deep. A thin layer of snow on the road appears to be ground into the gravel below by chain-covered tires of the truck as it struggled ahead. The truck appears to have a canvas-covered cab and a spare tire mounted on the left side.
