Description

A long line of tents awaiting the arrival of Matanuska Colonists stretches from right to left with lumber and bedding stacked at left indicating they are not quite ready for occupancy. One tent frame is not yet covered. Two workers are visible in middle ground and several more at the far end of the line of tents. A mountain is visible in background.
