Two men are sawing a spruce log on a portable sawmill powered by a belt turned by a vehicle out of site to the left. The man in foreground is operating the mill running the log through the saw while the other man removes the boards as they are cut. Much sawdust is on the ground. Three other men and a truck are visible in background near a stand of fuel barrels.
